Realme service center

Its being a lovely experience about yesterday when I visited the service centre.
It is in the BMC mall 2nd floor .
Now comes the feedback
Environment is very very good clean and hygienic (not like other brands) .
The place is well lit up .
Fully air-conditioned .
Good and comfortable seating area .
Warm and cold water dispenser is there .
Now the main part -
Behaviour of the employees are very very good .
They help and guide at the most they can .
Just for an example
My earbuds are not working properly so i went to the centre and after checking they told that only defective portion or part will be changed .
But at the end i got a completely new one (if they want they can ask me for wait for some days , but they didn't. It makes a great public relation)
Times are wrong in maps
They are open till 10pm
As a total its a great experience .

All stafs are very polite & understand the problem & give immediate response for that.
No any silly excuses,no any unprofessional work during office time.
Overall good realme service centre to solve your device problems.
