Had an extremely bad experience with these guys. Paid money but got no service in return. Seems like they are running a scam of misleading the patients and grab their money. I will never use portea ever again.

Really bad service
The agents will have all sweet talk before the service, but the nurses are inexperienced.
In my case, they didn't return my advance payment as the service was closed before time.
I would request to look for other nursing services, other than Portea
