To be frank, the customer service is at its worst. Most of the time, they are unresponsive and don't even care to get back to customers. It's like customers have to call them over n over for resolving their issues.
On top of that, you call them, describe your issue and ask for a resolution in a day. They attend to your request after about a week!
I strictly recommend not to go for any VGuard products (quality on the downside) for all these reasons.
I have already got a mini room heater from them, after just a month's use, I had to visit service center almost 2 times.
