Very bitter experience. Collecting reports took more than an hour that to few reports couldn’t be delivered though assured to send through WhatsApp, but received. Insensitive towards senior citizens.

I had sent a patient for HSG . The lady radiographers were more interested in the WhatsApp than in her care.
They did not have a torch and used cell phone instead.
Also they caused several injuries leading to avoidable bleeding pain as they seemed to be incompetent.
Earlier once there could have been a mix up of samples as the phlebotomist was fixing the wrong bar code.
Both incidents were brought to the notice of their CEO.
I am unsure whether the work culture has changed or not

Worst experience ever... Gave all the false reports or my ultrasound... Lastly went to another scanning centre n got the accurate reports.... The doctors are highly unqualified and unprofessional... Don't go for nidan..
