Stale food . Limited variation in cake . Taste of the Pattie and pizza was worst and try and oily bad experience. Not gonna visit again ... Not recommended

The service from the staff is unfriendly, and the quality of all the pastries is below par. In the evening, we purchased two cakes. Although the cake's flavour was appalling, both were marketed as being overly fresh. Money wastage in the whole, however this comment helped others.

I've tried red velvet, butterscotch, white forest, pineapple, chocolate and fruit of the forest cake. I liked the "fruit of the forest" one the most and didn't like the others. The butterscotch one has a medicinal smell, I don't know why. The pineapple cake was kind of okay. Their cakes are dry and hard sometimes. They once cheated me with the white forest cake which I had pre ordered for my parents' anniversary, (I went to the store on the eve and paid the advance and told them to make me a soft and fresh cake), but to my horror, it was stale and smelling disgusting, couldn't be consumed. I was really angry and didn't trust them afterwards.
An update- I recently tried their Pineapple cake 500 grams (325 rupees) after so many years.. it was awesome and very fresh. After the heavy disappointment some years ago, I finally can recommend Monginis to you guys. Do try their cakes, go to the shop and buy and don't order online since the rates are higher online.
