Horrible experience!! First they served everything cold including the burgers and peri peri chicken two pieces. Interestingly they served normal 2 piece chicken instead of peri peri which I have asked and later they have just added the peri peri masala over the top of it and served. Secondly their response is too moody and lethargic. It appeared like they are just flying in the name of KFC, they don’t have any intention of customer satisfaction. The same story is with Pal Heights KFC.
Bhubaneswar can never be like Bangalore or Delhi if things are like this continues.

Worst thing happen with today. I order some food from KFC and paid Rs 510. Dip sauce was missing and I got something else at the place of large popcorn and Also the lava cake was looking bad just look yourself in photos.
