This service station is in very very poor condition. There is no space for Costmor waiting hall.costmor waiting in front of their own vehicle. No fan is working in Costmor hall. The hall is full of darty materials. No staff is cleaning for this hall.i think this is a very worst service center in India. JYOTI TVS KALPANA SQUR ODISHA INDIA.PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR THIS CONDITION.

The worst service center ever in capital city of Bhubaneswar. Enquire teams are lack of mechanical knowlge . Mechanics are not supportive . Excutives are busy in mobile and specially parts departments, that young guy is useless fellow .

I have bought my bike here and doing service for 4 years.

Sale: Regarding sale they are like any showroom and provide good service and all. They force you to use additional parts and charge you for that.

Service: I am servicing my bike here since 4 years so have good idea about how they work.
During paid service they are very prompt and due to the company express checkout policy they give your vehicle in 2-3 hours. For paid servicing they are very very very bad. Their garage has been renovating since 2 years and you know its very bad experience. It's more like a road side workshop. Very few automated machinaries. The vehicles are loaded on wooden boards.

Generally I give my bike for servicing at 10 am and they give me a time of 4.30 and 5.00. When I reach at 6pm they ask me to wait.

They call you to and say that Sir this part needs to be repaired. Beware this may be fraud. They don't really. If you ask for proof they say that the work has done we don't have any proof.

I have complained on TVS but no good result. Seems like nobody cares there.

They get a lot of vehicle for servicing and they are very monopoly.

They don't even test the bike I have proof that the kms I have given them before service and after service are same.

Suggestion:

Don't go there for buying neither servicing. Very bad service. Everyone will respond like they are very serious for you but not really. After listening to you they will go with there own flow.

Complaining/getting angry /telling softly/requesting nothing works there.

The management is worse.
They make a huge money with fraud activity. If they are calling you and asking that sir this part need to changed then reply them with no. They cheat in that process.
