One of the worst Hp customer service centre. No one available and waiting since 30 mins. Pathetic people and agents employed by Hp. Really bad user experience

My recent encounter with HP Service left me utterly disappointed and infuriated. I cannot express enough how abysmal their service was throughout the entire ordeal. Allow me to detail the numerous reasons why I consider HP Service to be an absolute nightmare:

Inept Customer Support: Dealing with HP's customer support was a torturous experience. The representatives were woefully uninformed and lacked basic knowledge about their own products. It was like speaking to a wall, as they provided no valuable assistance or guidance. Their responses were vague, unhelpful, and often resulted in more confusion. It is unacceptable for a company of HP's stature to have such an incompetent support system.

Prolonged Resolution Times: HP's service exhibited a complete lack of urgency in resolving my issue. After spending hours on the phone with their support, I was subjected to a lengthy process of endless transfers, unanswered emails, and unreturned phone calls. It seemed as if their primary goal was to waste my time rather than provide a prompt resolution. Weeks turned into months, and I was left without a functioning device for an unreasonably long period.

Poor Quality Repairs: When I finally managed to send my device in for repairs, I was appalled by the quality of the workmanship. Instead of fixing the initial problem, HP managed to introduce new issues and damage my device further. It was evident that their technicians lacked the necessary expertise to carry out competent repairs. The shoddy workmanship only added to my frustration and made me question the integrity of HP's service department.

Lack of Communication: Throughout the entire service process, HP failed miserably in maintaining effective communication. There was a complete lack of transparency regarding the status of my repair and the expected timelines. Multiple promises of updates were broken, and I was left in the dark for extended periods, clueless about the progress of my case. It felt like HP had no regard for my time or the inconvenience they were causing.

Unreliable Products: My experience with HP Service has further solidified my belief that HP's products are inherently flawed and unreliable. The fact that I encountered a major issue requiring service in the first place is indicative of the subpar quality and durability of their devices. It is unacceptable to invest in a brand only to have it fail and then experience such a horrendous service process.

In conclusion, HP Service was a nightmare of incompetence, inefficiency, and frustration. The inept customer support, prolonged resolution times, poor quality repairs, lack of communication, and unreliable products make HP a company to avoid at all costs. I strongly advise against purchasing HP products or relying on their service, as the potential headache and disappointment are simply not worth it. Look elsewhere for a reliable and customer-focused brand that values your time and satisfaction.

Its a worst service center I have ever seen. They asked Rs 354 for talking to them. If no waranty, please, don't go to this hp service center. No skilled technicians. Better use local technicians. Here docoits are trapping people for hunting money only.
They won't repair anything. They will ask you to replace for selling their spareparts. For a Rs 100 reparing charge, they will make a bill of minimum Rs 3000.
I took a printer for repair. The new printer cost is Rs 13000 but they listed items for reparing costing Rs 18500. When I asked, they said, repairing cost is more than a new printer cost because new printers are made in a lot so that is cheaper. ????. Imagine.

Main hp center should cancel the license.
