The check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and well maintained. The mattress was comfortable. The TV refused to come on either from the remote or even directly using the buttons. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic. There was 24 hours of warm water. The shower was great. The only problem was that it didn't drain water well and I stood in a little pool of water after a while.
The buffet breakfast in "The Breeze" was excellent. So is the restaurant. Lots of greenery, it's airy and it's huge. The service was impeccable. I didn't get to try any other meals there.
The checkout was again quick. I feel it's really worth the price for what one gets

The hotel has the potential to improve. Being polite is good they just need to be attentive sincere to their duties, room maintenance and cleaning needs more attention. Maintenance is key to attract customers, the exteriors, the corridors need attention. The lobby and check in is decent.

Centrally located in a nice area of Bhubaneswar. Staff & food is great. Rooms not very clean. Unfortunately hotel room windows cannot be opened at all to allow fresh air, so it feels stuffy at times, despite ac. Wifi doesn’t work in rooms. Rooftop restaurant is very pleasant & a shopping mall is adjacent to it.
