As a customer I expect from a service provider.
1. Quick response
2. Polite and specified reply
3. Quick not necessarily but good
service .

(Only I thing - I was expecting a home service - which was not possible in my case - for which they had provided a valid reason - still as a customer - I have an expectation - if anything could be done for this - will be thankful)

I got everything here except the above last point

I have done hard disk recovery twice and both times it was successful.

All I can say from my perspective, I got extremely satisfied with what they have provided. Well, Most importantly their priority is making sure to give a 100 % positive solution of whatever critical problems you got, In my case, I had two damaged hdd, semi physical and head crash damage, Which you know is extremely critical, heard from other experts (as suppose they think, they are) that's it's unrecoverable, so Almost thought my important, valuable files were gone for good, But here it is the case, Global trouble shoot happen, like a guardian angel (okay I'm sounding cringe) but anyway They made sure and assured me
,Doesn't matter whatever critical problems you got, There is always a solution, And guess what? They recovered my two damaged 4tb hdd, with all of my files safe and accessible (100% recovery) with fair price, just like that, conclusion, They are the most honest, ethical services, You will know, If you have any problem, Trust me, They don't think about their profits, They are all about giving positive solution to you, Whatever it takes... ✨
