Room was Nice and had pretty good sleep.
Bathroom was nice, properly cleaned.
Attitude of receptionist was bit demanding but still managed.
Complimentary breakfast ok.
The bar service closes by 11 PM, they will rush you to complete your food and drink before 11 PM, so that they can close and sleep. However food was good.
Had good parking space.
There is another lady next to reception who helps to get the taxi which was helpful.

Our four day four night stay at Ginger was very comfortable and pleasant. Staff are excellent. The rooms, the bathrooms and the premises are very clean and are cleaned properly daily. Fresh towels and linen. Hygiene is given importance and that is good. The housekeeping staff and the kitchen staff are doing a wonderful job and that reception staff are nice too.
However the building should be furnished better, better tiles for the bathroom, better doors, would make it even nicer and more welcoming. Better Ventilation and air circulation for the bathroom would also be good.

The rooms, food decor, architecture were all top class. Very nice gym and spa. Huge , fabulous pool, it was a truly luxurious experience. The hotel is located in a prime spot with beautiful views of the city and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you could need.
