I joined the gym back in 2016 - when I was at 139kg weight. Needless to say I was terribly unhealthy, cholesterol was off the charts and was obviously struggling with low self-esteem issues.
Since then I've been a member and I have not only lost weight but I've also realised how vital it is to modify your lifestyle. I'll always be grateful to Dynamic Gym for giving me support, especially when I needed it the most.

If you want a gym with good equipments , good training along with affordable price this gym is perfect for you . I personally go to this gym . The trainers create friendly atmosphere by supportive ESS and good behaviour.
