According to my knowledge Mrs, Sujajta Kar is the best gynaecologist and best IVF doctor in odisha. All staffs are very cooperative including Mam. Very good, thanks to Kar Clinic for the department and hospital.

We decided to go for a checkup after reading all of the positive reviews and feedback about Kar Clinic. However, whatever experience we had, it was totally opposite of our expectations.
Basically, I've to highlight a few points here

When I went to deposit my payment at the cash counter, my initial position was 4. It took 30 minutes to reach the counter, with the cashier internally discussing so many things and patients or their relatives standing in line for a long time. There is also a lack of coordination between the consulting department and the cash deposit section.

Second, and most importantly, the staff who worked in the obstetrician-gynecologist department did not know how to interact with patients, and if you asked them anything, they acted very rudely. They frequently behave like that to know more than doctors or are doctors themselves. In our case, they told us that an anomaly scan could not be performed at 20 weeks and that we should return at 22 weeks.

Also, they don't know how important patient time is, especially for patients who have made appointments two days in advance to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Once we reach the clinic, we have to wait more than two hours for a doctor's consultation and scanning, even though we had appointments.

Every coin has two sides. The most notable plus is Dr. Sujata Kar Ma'am herself. She makes you feel at ease, listens to all of your concerns, and provides sound advice. Also, ma'am, I'd like to express my gratitude to the radiologist who works in the ultrasound department.

Only a humble request to Sujata ma'am: please instruct your front desk staff to be courteous to patients.

She is quite experienced but that experience does not help patients . Ego kicks in on seeing an already consulted prescription. That's not a great attitude. People are taking appointment to utilize your expertise and not stranded/confused for options. There is huge room for improvement inorder match global service . Very unlike to her Instagram videos, where she asks doctors to accept patients happily who are coming for second opinion.
