Very Poor service Center, very stupid customer support and the Dealer also so nonsense uneducated person. There are no experts engineers in this service Center.

Pathetic service, Dell laptop given for replacement almost 3 months and more today dated 20th June a lady informs that refurbished motherboard takes time, however as per bill we have been charged for a new one.. horrific ..

Such a horrible experience with this laptop service provider. Gave my laptop for service, till 2 months they have been showing hope for the repair. After 2 months when I started showing the breakage of my patience barrier, they told I can take back my laptop without repair. When I took back my laptop for repair at other service center, I got to know The Solo Computer had already taken the laptop RAM(8Gb) and a circuit panel containing the volume buttons and the inbuilt WI_FI device. When I started asking all these, the owner of the service center even started showing his annoying attitude on me. I started feeling I did a crime to them by asking about the missing parts of my laptop. At last I lost my hope for the same. My time is very important to me. So I decided not to argue with these worth less people and go ahead with repair with 7k bucks extra from my pocket :( .

Now I am seeing the response from the Owner. She/He is saying that I told them for the missing parts after 10 days. For their kind information I informed them the next day of taking back the laptop from them. When I took the laptop from their service center, the laptop is not in running condition. So there was no scope of checking of RAM availability. Even they just release the laptop without verifying the available accessories inside the laptop. I came to know about the missing parts from the next Service center when they opened my laptop before receiving. Then I rushed to Solo Computer to inform them on this issue. Then after I got to know about the scam I was already trapped.
