We have booked for 2 nights, but it is very difficult to stay 2 nights in this hotel. We canceled 1 nights and check out. They give us rooms in 3rd floor and they no lift.. Now imagine. The rooms are very very small and dirty and minimum maintenance is not there. We asked them to change all the bed sheet and pillows covers in our 3 rooms all were dirty.

Management fails to serve the best. No lift system is available for higher floor rooms. Maintenance also very poor. Only one can get good quality and tasty food with minimal rate.
