Smart point by Reliance is a newly opened supermarket near the koshal chowk of palace line..it is a great place to find fresh fruits n vegetables, groceries, dairy products and daily use items at reasonable price...

The place is large and properly organised...proper COVID safety measures are being taken by staff...place is neat and clean...they take payments via cash,card and online mode..

Its located very near to the highway...so easily accessible..usually stays open till morning 10 to evening 7:30 or 8

Every time you have to face billing issue in counter. Billing is a problem there. Maximum time they face connection problem. Even very few people also have to wait in queue. Because they are off line or something. So you have to waste lots of time. It's a regular problem now. And they don't even try to solve it. Online payment also a major issue. They don't have Google or Amazon pay. If you don't have card they can't help you. Even cash payment also very time taking because of connection problem. You have to wait till the system starts working or have to return back without assentials. Ridiculous.......

Good for groceries. Other home improvement items are available at a limited range. Inside space is less.
