I did my car servicing yesterday. There were some issues of deficiency of service with me. When i agitated my issues before the higher company authorities i got excellent response from them and all my issues were resolved and i am a happy customer of the company now.
All the same i have few suggestions. Please improve your service quality the earlier the better. First of all give option to the customers whether to choose from sealed small packs of lubricants or piecemeal from a big drum, which you insist to all your customers hitherto. Customers must be informed in writing in advance what exact service their vehicle require and the estimate of expenses. Keep your lobby, waiting area and washroom neat and clean. Provide GST Invoices. Of course HAHA provide your customers good quality tea for which you may charge us. Wish you all the best. I hope the next time i visit i get my value for money. Thanks

They works only on new car.if u have old maruti try to do at outside garage
