Office is just near the bus stand. So there is no problem to find it. Officials are doing well in their work .

I'm not satisfied with the behaviour of some staff ...They were unable to solve the issues and complaints...BSNL is a very good sim network but its employees were not capable of handling things..There are many issues in this office like -
1- Sim card are not available
2- Officers are absent
3- Not properly verifying the document
4- Unable to understand the problem of customers ..

I gave 4 star because at 10.45 am i visited this bsnl office to do MNP of my airtel number. But no one was present at office so i was angry as this is not a punctuality .they are govt employees they have the responsibility to serve better than other. But i was very pleased to have a talk to security guard. He was very polite and support their staff not to be late and told will present soon. I waited 30 minutes but no ine came. so i return back and did MNP out side at Bhagirath chowk.
