They responded right away about availability and pricing when we messaged ahead of time but on arrival the two girls that were messing about came out and just laughed at us because they couldn’t understand our English, then a guest informed us there’s no water/sewage and only 1 acceptable room available which the girls gave a higher price while the place did not look as nice as the photos. We ended up at Hotel Metsuben for cheaper and better. Strange place.

Hospitality its so poor, lack of room services not even a towel or soap was kept inside the room or bathroom . Comparing to all the breakfast and meals price is little higher according to food prepared and even the price for room it needs to minimize it's high .

Newly constructed Hotel with fully functional amenities. Was on a tour of the North East on a recruitment drive for our own establishment. Stayed a whole week. The weather was cold in January but the hospitality was hot!! Smart location, especially weary travellers will love it, just walk 4 to 5 minutes from to anywhere to everywhere. Left a happy person.
