The company should fire the counter lady her attitude and customer service is terrible
The last time I went to ask if there's bus service available since it was early January the way she responded was so rude like I'm asking her for free ticket. This isn't the first time, a lot of people who went to Kohima AOC network counter said the same thing about how rude, arrogant and unprofessional she is.
One suggestion for her "The company is paying you to help the customers if you're always irritated and moody with your job simply quit it".

This counter is very worst.. Because of the service given by the lady in counter... Her way of talking is worst I have ever experienced in my life... A service person should be polite and gentle at every condition... But that lady is ugly by nature as well as by looks.. ????
