Staff is not friendly and not helpful, when approached they ask us to visit IGNOU website and get the information from there. Then why have a coordinator to give this reply. Please appoint someone who will be helpful. (This was about a year ago).
Recently I visited IGNOU Kohima again, I was pleasantly surprised with the change of attitude of the staff working there.
They were very polite and helpful and I could complete my work on the same day.

Office space is congested.
Location has very little parking space.
Difficult to be located.
Office looks like residential building.

The designated location shown in the Google map is not even close to accurate. The orginal office location is located at least a km away near bayevu.
