The Villa is right along the highway Kohima to Manipur. Expect incessant truck traffic all night with the noise and dust that gies along with it!!!
The rooms are very very basic. Hugely overpriced.
Breakfast is minimal.
Service also absolutely minimal.

It was a very bad experience, we could not get any accomodation due to hornbill festival in Kohima during Dec 2018. We two girls ended up landing in this place. Firstly, a man named himself owner of the property showed us a room which was very very basic with common bath room and we were not ok with the room and accordingly sir arranged for another room which was just ok ok with a pathetic toilet and had an heater facility.
After shifting to the room the main owner, so called wife of this man said the room is already booked however, since her husband has given us the room she will arrange some other room for her arriving guests.
It was 8pm, we were back from hornbill, madam was waiting for our arrival with a pitty face and says "sorry your room has been shifted" without even consulting us???? the room which we were shifted was their maids room and we didn't have any other option but to stay calm and to stay there. We were just given one hot water bag and not sure how she expected us to share it and beds which just looked like bed, dusty bed sheets, with temperature of 5 degree celcius????. Unreasonable lady and inhuman behaviour. It was a very unpleasant and unhappy stay. Not at all worth for money.
