Worst experience ever....i think they don't know how to repair...cuz i hve only IC Problem... N before giving them i was using my phone very well n now toh Motherboard dead..They need Experienced Maker..not 1 or 2 year training wala...

As C.S in Dmp Area is less for Xiaomi they do what they want even they don't bother for customers need. My Redmi note 10 is not working properly its gets ????heat for a single use of apps when i said they reply me to clear all the background aps then it will run smoothly i tried this but didn't work. When i went again one lady just said me when my mobile gets heat then only to go for service how it is possible i don't gets time to use mobile at morning so i use it at night time so it is possible to go for service center at night?? Worst ???? center xiaomi should looks after on it

I was told battery need replacement. I went ahead with it and when I insist on bill they didn't gave, saying they don't issue bill. They just wrote the amount in the acknowledgement receipt. This give me doubts, there was no ???? replacement just a pretext to charge my valuable 1590 rs.

Please issue signed printed bills and cheat in style with customers confidence in you.
