Most of the processes done here especially the "Challan" system ought to be done through online banking. One has to wait for 2-3 days to get a Challan number (Money Transaction Voucher number). The office opens VERY late and most of the staffs also leaves the office very early like at 2-3pm in the evening, the office is almost empty.

This department needs to adapt modern means of safe and secure online money transaction if it is serious about helping the public. It is high time they awake to an effective and efficient means of working.

Most of The staff are extremely rude. once I had to wait for almost 2 hours standing (as he told me to wait) waiting to get a sign and to top it, since I was really tired I ask him whether I can get the sign ? As I could see he was doing nothing, he just looked at me and said 'come back tomorrow'????
