Had the worst experience at the hospital today. Took my mom for re-check up with Dr.Longshithung waited for 1hr 30mins for our turn. Asked the nurse when was our turn to which she replied after 3 patients but more than 3 patients entered and finally when I asked again she replied that they sent one of the staff in place of our turn, to which I wasn’t pleased because we already informed the nurse that my mom was feeling dizzy and weak and can’t wait for too long (which happened after having the prescribed medicine by the said doctor). I even made a call at 9:00 am to make reservations but they said they don’t take reservations. The nurse were very rude and and whenever I asked them about our turn they kept talking in their lotha language to each other sharing guthka which was very unprofessional. The rudeness and inhumanity shown by the nurse makes me wonder how can someone like that work in a service and hospitality institute. The higher authority needs to check on what’s happening in the hospital.

I don’t want to share this but I couldn’t stop myself because it hurts a lot and give me nightmares all the time, my mom was admitted in this hospital and they didn’t give her good treatment her sickness was not even serious at all I just wonder how it’s so easy for these people to take away the life of our closed ones I didn’t meet my mom for almost a year and I still couldn’t attend her funeral without even seeing her for a year she left us..just due to lack of poor treatment and careless she left us, how it feels when someone dies just because of due to lack of treatment it’s really undescribe able and unbelievable act !!! I honestly heard from other people too that everyone who visit this prime hospital ends up losing their life, I seek and pray to God whoever has done this to my mom may God not forgive them????????
