I can give only 2 stars just because the staff members were friendly! Otherwise the hygiene wasn’t up to the standard. I’d say a bit inexperienced in terms of neutering a dog. I was extremely worried as I thought my doggo was going to die from bleeding. The procedure was repeated yet bleeding continued even when we got home. Apparently the stitches were not done properly and one of the threads was already out by the time we got home. Tried calling on his personal contact number mentioned by the doctor on the prescription in case of emergency yet there wasn’t incoming call facility.
Therefore I had to rush to another clinic to sew him up again and also the medications were changed to the appropriate ones as I was told that the medications prescribed by this clinic’s vet was not apt.
Personally I wouldn’t recommend due to the over all experience.
