The one star is not for the clinic but for the staffs. The staffs are very rude and lazy. They were unbothered about our problems, and one was just playing games on her phone the whole time we were talking. I don't want to talk negatively about our bothers and sisters, but their attitude was just too much to take in.

The staff was rude and was very casual with their behavior. I visited around 9.30 and was there till 10.30AM, but there was no gynaecologist available. The registration department had no clue when will doctor arrive and told me just to sit and wait. Really unprofessional behavior.

Positive points: clean n organized hospital, doctor is kind n friendly.
Negative points: takes too much time between booking slot n meeting the doctor. Also, after submitting all the test reports she doesn't meet us again in person but sends the feedback through the attendant which made me very disappointed as we have many queries n doubts to clarify. After spending so much money n time, this is not what I wanted!
