Worst service ever, they can't even detect the defect and give some silly reasons on their safe point. Wasted a lot of money. Hopeless.

Dimapur samsung service is the worse ever service i have ever seen my fridge AC was not working repair 3 times spend more then 30k but in vain n My AC of my room is still pending for 5 months without parts in servicing centre how many months n years do i have to wait to repair my AC pls answer . Why Samsung service centre appoint mechanics without the knowledge of electronics, i even asked them do thy have certificate of electronics.thy dnt answer my questions,n thy r trying again and again changing parts but all useless just wasting n looting public money only.
