College Veng Corps of The Salvation Army was started as a Society in 1992. Back then it was only a handful of Salvationist members holding prayer meetings at the homes of willing fellow Salvationists. The society was declared a Corps in 1998 when more recruits were welcomed. In 2000, building of the church was started and the ground floor hall was completed in 2001 and inaugurated on 9th September. The next floor was completed and inaugurated in 2003. For years it continued to be the main worship hall. In mid 2014 work of building the actual main worship hall was started and completed in late 2016. On 18th December of 2016 the main Worship hall as seen in the picture was in function. The building has actually 4 floors, the ground floor, the YP sunday school hall, The multipurpose Centenary hall and the Main worship hall.
