I'm normally not the person who writes reviews longer than 4 words, but this travel agency and the team deserves the best. I was a solo traveler to Meghalaya from Chennai The owner Edmund was very very helpful in selecting places to see and gave me a driver who understands English. Also, I have back issues and and my itinerary was customized accordingly with places that needed less trekking. One day, the owner himself came with me on my sightseeing and i liked that hands-on touch. I'm more of an off beat person. So, wherever I saw a cute house, or a small creek, we stopped and spent time there. My driver was Hastings and he is a wonderful camera person. He did wonders in taking photos and videos. And, on my last day Hastings helped in getting a cab to airport. He carefully vetted the taxis and only then finalized a cab. The team actually checked up on me from the minute my journey started and until I went back home. I would recommend them to anyone going to Meghalaya. But if you are from a city or anywhere from south india, please spend at least 5 days there. There's so much to see and explore. And I'd also recommend going to offbeat places than to visit tourist attractions.

I have just returned from a trip to Meghalaya and Kaziranga National Park, which I booked through Shillong Tours and Travels. This was my first time traveling with my 3.6-year-old child, so I was quite cautious and worried. However, Edmund, our travel agent, was extremely helpful and responsive, addressing all of our queries before and during the trip. He even tailored the itinerary to suit our needs.

The accommodation provided was clean and well-maintained, and the package cost was reasonable. I highly recommend this travel agency to anyone planning a trip to this region.
