What a stunning experience! This campsite by the Umngot River is surreal. Clear starry skies, crystal clear waters, and a joyous campfire along the gushing waters. You've to reach here by Kayak, and the camp will arrange this for you. I loved this place so much that I'd only planned to go here for 2 days, but I ended up staying for 6.

Plenty of activites too, scuba diving, snorkeling, ziplining, kayaking, boating and hiking. Perfect for adventure lovers. Minimal connectivity, better on Airtel and Jio. There's no electricity at the camp so be sure to carry portable chargers if needed.

The crystal clear water is beautiful. However this place has become so commercialised it’s ruining the beauty of the place. You are constantly harassed by photographers and then followed by the ‘transgenders’ asking for money. The scenery is nice and water is super cool and relaxing. It’s just the ignorance of people I’d destroying the place. So much waste everywhere. Still worth the visit. Be ready for a long hike to get to the actual water site though. Pack light.

The place has so much potential to be truly beautiful, needs major investment to bear the fruits of it until than it’ll be so so.

The stones are slippery so be extremely careful before stepping out into water.

The boat ride is nothing special just do a normal round on it, not the nonsense they propose to see the tea garden and the jomidar Bari, believe me your Bari is probably a lot better and nicer.
