The reason for my 3 star is for insecurity at the hotel. The location, ambience, staff behaviour, parking, breakfast etc are absolutely wonderful. However, there is a sense of insecurity since, there is not enough attendant during night after 12pm. The attendant/stewards informed me that, they will at the hotel whole night & shall be available for service till 12pm. In case, there is emergency, presumably there will be no one to help immediately. I didn’t face any issue though during my stay, but I felt insecure the night we stayed. The hotel has a demarcated boundary with gate & walls all around. However, 24/7 front desk availability will certainly fetch many more tourists since the place is serene & natural beauty all around.

Easily one of the great resorts in Meghalaya. We went as a group of friends and were thoroughly treated to an unforgettable experience. The cabins are sparsely distributed, ensuring privacy. People can BYOB and chill all night indoors or outside, enjoying the amazing viewpoint areas. Breakfast is complimentary, although we missed that as we were too lazy to wake up! The Bangladesh border is close by and from the hill top, one can view the Bangladesh valley.

Very poor service. Food taste is worst. Even they can't cook Maggie properly, dinner was also below average. Breakfast will ruin your whole day. Never think of ordering paneer and fried rice here , what mistake I did. Cooks are not available in evening.
Their cook, plumber, cleaner all are same person.
Water is dirty in supply. House keeping staff is not available after 3 pm . No phones in room and number given for service will not be answered most of the time. Even reception seat is vacant most of the time. Power cut in night for 3 hours.
Its resort in name but you will find only separate huts only having tin roof and if it rains you wont be able to sleep.
