I'll give 4 stars for now cause the park is on the making. Once done, it'll definitely pull crowd. The place is conveniently reachable, one need to make a little trekking (5-10 minutes) to reach the main point. For pine trees lovers, the place is a must visit. It has a scenic view. The place lies on the western side of Ukhrul Town under the jurisdiction on Ngainga/Ngaimu Village.

Some information about Ngainga/Ngaimu Village.
Source : Wikipedia.
Ngainga also called Ngaimu is a village located west of Ukhrul in Ukhrul district, Manipur state, India. The village is approximately 17 kilometers from Ukhrul. As per 2011 census,[1] the village has a total of 267 households with 2881 persons of which 964 are male while 917 are female. Of the total population, 323 are in the age group of 0–6 years. The average sex ratio of the village is 1015 female per 1000 male which is higher than the state's average of 930. The literacy rate of the village is 92.22%. Neighbouring villages of Ngainga are Seikhor, Tolloi, Phalee Somdal and Tuinem. Ngainga is the birthplace of Luingamla who was shot dead on 24 January 1986 by Indian army personnel for resisting their attempt to rape her.
Ngainga is one of the Tangkhul villages that embraced Christianity very early. For this, the villagers got access to western education right from the coming of Christian missionaries to Ukhrul district. Majority of the inhabitants are Christians. As per 2011 census, the literacy rate of the village stood at 92.22% which is higher than the state's average of 76.94%.
The village is home to people of Tangkhul Naga tribe. Agriculture is the primary occupation of the inhabitants. Ngainga is well known in the district for its scenic beauty.
The village is about 400 years old. Conservation of a green belt at the vicinity of the village or surrounding the village is a common practice in most of the tangkhul villages since time immemorial. The forests around the village were protected basically for the security and safety of the village, either from fire and/or enemies during the days of head-hunting. But with increasing population and land pressure, the practice has been gradually eroding. In the recent times such safety forests have been converted to agro-horticulture plots or used for extraction of timbers for income generation. Ngainga has been no exception to this. This village is also known for notorious charcoal business. Due to proximity to the Ukhrul town, forest products like fuelwood, bamboo, bamboo shoot, timber, among others were over extracted. This was also due to weakening of traditional governance systems. All these activities contributed to destruction of forest and the village forests were left severely degraded by the late nineties. People of Ngainga began to experience acute shortage of water and the good quality firewood was not enough to meet the demands throughout the year.
