It's slow working....when I went to draw a DD they could not have issued in limited time...I remained stand in line of customer about 2 hours and at the end when my turned came they refused to take dd slip and told that time is over try it at tomorrow morning... Very bad experience about this bank....Before two hour's also they could informed me that dd section is closed and don't apply it but they couldn't do.....

Today... 7 October 2022...the same thing happened....as usual waiting list.
When I went to counter of DD section there was a Madam "Shukla" as according to the name plate...she told me to wait for 5 minutes your online dd will be issued....but unfortunately I waited more than half an hour but still couldn't alert me about DD......After long time when I visited at counter then she searched in the some papers and gave it to me...... Next time onwards I shall refuse to get dd from this branch......SBI is good servise provider bank but some employees........not showing their promt duty.......
