Mala Ma'am is the best Yoga teacher one can ever come across. I feel very fortunate that I am able to benefit from her Yoga sessions. She is full of positive energy and you can feel her energy from the moment you meet her. Not only does she teach Yoga but also guides us towards the right path with her immense knowledge and experience. The inner peace and healing that you will experience is priceless. The best thing about attending her class is that not only you but also your loved ones will also notice a significant change .....

I joined Mala Mam s yoga classes one month back. I had health issues from a long time. In a month's time I felt lot of difference in my health. Mala Mam is a gem of a person. She explains the asanas very well. She is really knowledgeable. Meditation session is really awesome. I feel so stress free and relaxed. I have learnt to be calm and positive in life. Mala ma'am is a bundle of positivity.. She is so polite and down to earth. She has immense knowledge on yoga and it's benifit. She explains with love. I look forward for her classes..
