I was fortunate to be part of the 4th batch Diploma class. I had the impression that being so knowledgeable and well known personality she might b arrogant and rude. But Vidya maam is cool, down to earth and has no airs about her. She has so much of experience and knowledge., which she is eager to share. All the best maam for the future.

One of the best teacher i have ever met.
Finished my Diploma course yesterday and i am so confident know all my doubts were clear witnessing all the techniques she uses.she is such a gem .I am Blessed to learn from her all the techniques and ideas in baking.
