Vaibhav has been my personal trainer for the past 6 Months. During this time, I’ve achieved many personal best and fitness goals. He’s very punctual and always push extra to achieve best. Vaibhav is also a continual student and teacher always bettering his knowledge and putting into action the benefits of his learning through his fitness program and communications.
His strengths are in providing a program that never gets old or stale. He has the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness equipment. With Vaibhav you get more than a physical trainer.
I lost 5 Kgs with only 3 days exercise for last 6 months along with a moderate diet plan. He also has plans of nutritious diet food if you’re willing to follow a good diet. His mother cooks delicious balanced diet food which helps you to achieve your goal even faster. I’m a working professional and was not following a healthy lifestyle. Appointing Vaibhav as my fitness trainer has changed my lifestyle and fitness goals. Now I’m much fitter and healthier than I was 6 months back.
For those of all ages, I highly recommend Vaibhav Gosrani to be your personal trainer.

Vaibhav gosrani is amazing person, He push you to get your target goals to be achieved in the given period of time, he puts through lots of variety of exercise by which we don't get bored and also understands the needs and want of his clients.
