I recently ordered a takeaway parcel of 'Hyderabadi Chicken Kheema Rice' from your place and I was quite disappointed with my experience. While I had decent expectations from the dish, it fell short of my expectations and left me feeling unsatisfied.

I paid Rs.160 for the dish, but to my dismay, it barely had 2-3 pieces of chicken. It felt like I was eating plain rice dipped in some random curry, with no chicken in sight. I understand that minced chicken is a common ingredient in kheema dishes, but it should not be substituted for actual pieces of chicken. Looking at some pictures shared on your Google page, I can see that the chicken kheema you serve is not a curry, and I'm not sure why my order went so wrong.

What I expected was a simple recipe of chicken kheema typically cooked with onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and a blend of spices, which gives it a delicious taste. The cooked chicken kheema should be then layered with cooked basmati rice and garnished with fried onions, mint leaves, and coriander (optional).

I did call the number shared on the menu and let you know my feedback with pictures and videos on your request, but my message was just read and ignored. The least you could have done is to revert to me.

I hope you take this feedback as constructive criticism and look into the issue. As a customer, I had hoped to order from your place again, but the ignorance I faced will prevent me from doing so. I sincerely hope that you will take steps to improve your offerings in the future, for the benefit of all your customers.

Note: I still have almost 70% rice left from my order. I am sure you will understand form pictures but I can even come and show you what I received in the parcel!

Taste was too yummy.. me & my wife both loved the food quality & portion. Tried chicken kheema Maharashtrain & Veg hyderabadi kheema. Easily the best kheema outlet in Thane.
