Great experience to join class here. SZS is one of the best fitness and dance studio near by for all age groups. Especially for weight loss program and exercise.
They has an experience and best trainers. Dance workout studio is amazing and provides good quality fitness coaching.

The main thing is their mix workout like weight loss workout, muscle toning, stretching excercise cardio, classes, floor workout, goal setting, dance workout

All the mix workouts are especially customized as per age group. I love this mix workout concept which includes zumba, Bhangra, yoga , aerobics, pilates, circuit training,dance, HIIT, cardio, mind games.

I highly recommend to join this studio

It has been four months since I joined Shubu's Zion Studio (SZS) for Zumba and CrossFit. It has now become a part of my everyday life. The sessions are well-crafted, very effective, innovative, and refreshing. They have not only helped me lose those extra inches but also improved the flexibility of my body. Talking about instructors, they know their stuff really well. They are well-experienced, sincere, dedicated, and hardworking. They ensure that the instructions are easy to follow and everyone in the class is doing it correctly. They have proved that the exercises don't have to be based around gym workout activities. I would strongly recommend joining SZS.

Shubu's Zion Studio one of the best zumba and fitness centre in whole mumbai . I joined in July month and took package of Zumba and crossfit ( Body weight - 92.5 Kg and not 83 kg. Reduced around 8kg in 3 months inspite of taking full healthy diet at home . Also how effective it is i came to know last week when I gone to vaishno devi and completed whole yatra of 14 km in 8 hrs up and down with barefoot without tiredness . I was surprised as i used to go every year but this year i built up such a good stamina that i was not tired after completion of yatra . It all happened because of shubh's Zion Studio and all teachers teaching there are so much professional that they used to look after each and every candidate and also took lot of pain for imparting training of zumba and cross fit to candidates.
Really thankful to shubu's Zion Studio .
Would recommend everyone to join in order to remain fit always.
