Worst ever reception staff i have ever seen.
1) First they never pick up the calls.
2) After trying 15-20 times, if they pick up than keep you on hold and start chit chat among them-self. i can hear that on phone.
3) Urgency and importance of patient is zero value for them.
4) This has been the same from last 10 years.
Pramila hospital management should take necessary steps and terminate those reception staff ASAP.
Only positive point is that, hospital owns some good doctors like "Dr. Mahesh Lombar".

Give your Dr's some training about how to behave with the relatives of patient.
Your treatment is not free of cost, have some monthly workshop regarding personal development skill for Dr and Hospital staff.

Reception staff and other staff are not co-operative and also no manners how to talk with patients and other people.
Doctors are too good..... .specially Dr. Lombar and Dr. Bhanjan.
Agin the problem is Receptionist.. . . Even after taking prior appointment they are asking patients to wait behind running patients.. . Pathetic service by Receptionist. .
Doctors should take it seriously.
