Scissor Point complete family salon

I am sharing my feedback on Global Hair Color done on 1st May. And it faded within 10 days. I visited Salon and gave my feedback on same. However the staff said that the person who applied global hair color might have mixed red color and that is the reason my hair color faded. But faded within 10 days and I paid 5100 for this. While applying it is said that color remains for 3months . Even before applying i showed which color i prefer , but it is done as per thier wish for one time show. This made me completely disappointed.
If the salon is not giving any better solution,hence here is by low rating.

I will never ever visit scissor point moving ahead. Just because of this kind of response from the staff. Instead of connecting me to the right person of the salon who is in charge for such kind of mistake.

Pl.note: The same global color I applied 1 year ago at Maples Beauty Spa Salon and that was stunning it went well good for 3months. Better I would have being to that place.

My suggestion: Kindly ensure that you will deliver right message to the clients about the hair color precautions and give right inputs. Just for sake of money don't promise which is not do-able.

I have had 2 horrible back to back experiences..They have a bunch of new and unskilled staff who is not trained at all. They will mess up your hair and beard. The cut was so uneven that I had to think about stepping outside the house. A place to totally avoid unless, you want to look like a clown

I had a very bad experience getting a haircut from there. The guy who did my haircut cut my hair in such a bad way that it looks uneven from both sides and he's just chopped off my hair from random places and it looks so bad. I would not recommend any women , specially. To get a haircut over there
