This rmall store thane is rubbish.
They promised delivery next day morning on Saturday till date i have not received my order.
I had gone thru this same experience earlier as well but this time i clearly mentioned that i need the delivery on time but they didn’t.
If. You cant manage delivery then why do you accept it? 7100 worth groceries i had purchased but its lying in your store.
I demand full refund as well as the things i got i want them too. Written complaint in the store was given but no one bothered to revert. Bad customer service.
Im putting this on social media and will make this viral all over.

A complete supermarket with sections of apparels (along with trial room), fresh vegetables and fruits. Less crowded and and comparative prices. It is on under ground floor and paid mall parking space available.

Reliance Smart Bazar in R mall, Ghodbandar road, Thane has worst service. There employees are wandering here and there, and if asked about any queries just ignore it, never help in locating any items, they don't have a simple register for entering Home delivery addresses. They just find any possible escuses to avoid customers. We had asked for home delivery yesterday and when asked today evening on customer care, they just said home delivery is done in 24 hours and still there is half an hour left for completing 24 hours so wait and give complaints after completion of 24 hours
