Guys Dont trust on 5 star rating, sharing my experience and truth about project. if you're planning to buy flat then stop and read full comments
1. they will show you sample flat which will not actual size which they are marketing for. On rera website raunak has shown carpet area is 368, but why raunak are marketing carpet of 405, 410, 412 & 425. why is the difference
2. they are saying they will use mivan construction technology which is also false. untill unless construction doesn't star don't trust it on this
3. from long time they are saying digging will start but not a single work started just they have acquired the land
4. one litigation shown on rera website about this property, please get more details before investing here
5. Many cancellation happening here so beware.
6. i have asked them my doubt but didn't get satisfactory answer so withdraw my decision but unlucky didn't get ny token amount.

sharing screenshot of my questions asked to them over mail. if you still want to purchase flat here please get everything in writing on mail for backup encase in dispute happed
