With a full house, it take little longer for serving food. I suspect that their kitchen is small for serving so many people at a time.
Please expect delay during the peak hours.

I would give this place a 3-star overall. I went with my family for dinner on a Sunday. There was no wait time and the ambience was quite good.
The food was so-so, nothing spectacular. I won't say it was bad or anything but it was great either. We ordered a chicken starter which was good. Most of the food which came was cold, not even warm. The food presentation was ok.
The service was good and the staff was polite. The place is a little bit on the pricey end, costing around 800-1000 per person. This will vary on many other factors.

Food taste was awesome. Atmosphere was also good.
We booked first floor for party.
we spent Rs.42000 on bill, according to that service we get not that much.
Everything was good but one waiter is not serving good. We demand for something but he ignores.
Overall it was good.
Try to sitting on ground floor... May be you get good waiter on ground floor.
