Experienced staff, personal attention and good equipment for almost all kinds of workouts. For cardio they have a huge ground instead of tradmill. Changing room, locker facility also available here.if you are looking for diet consulting, they also do that. Overall very reasonable, air conditioned and perfect gym if you are looking for weight loss or bulking up.

Very expirienced staff, there is very good environment in the gym , the equipments are well checked and well maintained. I personally have a fabulous expirience !!????????????
