For the price and personal space kind of excellent place, not far from mumbai.
Ample parking, green space, onsite cook is good. Caretaker Raj is also a humble man.

3 families can comfortably stay here, relax for day or two. Generally resorts / hotels lacks that personal space which one can enjoy here. Would recommend to definitely visit during rains or winters for couple of calm stay days.

Cook can cook all types of varieties (atleast in Indian).
Market place a km away with most things shut by evening, so carry your stuff well ????.

No option for 4.5 rating, hence giving it ????????????

Place is a nice getaway for family and friends, we went a group of 12 adults and 5 kids. We had great time there. I expected pool to be large. There was work going on so we didn't get total privacy as promised. The electricity went out and the generator was also not working. Food was great in good quality and quantity. Chef and care taker kept it mind to take good care they tried their best to keep us happy. They are humble to take request for dinner. I do appreciate that quality of warmth

The place is really a very great place, One might thing of it as a low class place based on its low rates.

(Note: Rates are low on weekdays only)

But the place easily competes with top villas that are at higher rates.

For starters the place is located in a huge property with easy travel to reach the place

The staff is very polite and the chef present there cook most authentic and delicious home food.

All the rooms are very clean, they provide speakers for music, TV, high speed Wi-Fi.

And you wont find the staff interfering anywhere in your fun.

The gardens, swimming pools are clean.

If you need any extra amenities the staff is helpful to get it fir you from the nearest place available.
