I developed a love for Mangalorean food after trying the dishes from Oordaar! ????????
.
Here's what all I tried !
- Chicken Fry and Prawns Fry ✌️
- Chicken Sukkha ❤️
- Prawns Sukkha ❤️
- Mutton Green Masala ????
- Korri Roti ????
- Neer Dosa ????
- Olle Bella ✨

I was totally awed by the amazing flavours in each and every dish ! Not one dish to complain about ❤️????✌️

Starting with the Prawns Fry, they were perfectly crispy and cooked to perfection ????✌️???? Even the chicken fry lived upto my expectations! ????

Next I tried Chicken Sukkha , Prawns Sukkha and Mutton Green Masala with Neer Dosa ..and I totally loved the masala of each of these! It just stays on the tongue so well , I still remember the taste of these mangalorean masalas ????????

Chicken, prawns and mutton all were very well cooked and tasted really good with the masala they were blended in ❤️✌️

Neer Dosa was as soft as ever ! ❤️ Perfectly done ????

Then I tried Mangalore's famous , Korri Roti which is basically special chicken curry with rice wafer..I first mixed the chicken curry with the rice rotis as is the traditional method , and had a good fill of it ????✌️❤️

Lastly , I tried the Olle Bella sweet which is basically Palm Jaggery and well it was the perfect end to this amazing journey of flavours ! ????✨

Taste was totally on point !✨???? Even the packaging was well done .!

Oordaar Delivers delicious Mangalorean cuisines all across Mumbai.
We ordered Mutton Green Masala, Chicken Sukha, Prawns Sukha, Korri Roti, Neer Dosa & Olle Bella.

Mutton Green Masala: Mutton Green Masala is flavored with simple spices and has the freshness and fragrance of herbs like Mint and Coriander leaves. The curry has a green masala paste with a perfect blend of spices that gives it an aromatic taste and flavor.

Chicken Sukha: This dish brings together all the great flavors. With mellow tanginess of tamarind, subtle sweetness of coconut, unmistakable flavors of fried spices, and warm notes of dried chilies, this recipe has it all to make a great chicken delicacy.

Prawns Sukka: Mangalorean Prawn Sukka will give you a spicy, slightly tangy prawn roast that has the perfect balance of warm spices, chilies, and tamarind.

Korri Rotti: The freshly roasted spices perk up the flavor of this coastal curry, making it addictive. The rotti is crushed on the plate, and the spicy and creamy chicken curry is poured all over it.

Olle Bella: It's a famous Mangalorean dessert. It is made from Plam jaggery, Palm jaggery is made from the sap extract of Palm Trees in Southern India. It was perfect to end the meal with Olle Bella.

Had cravings of biting into Neer Dosa, so I ordered from Oordar, but seeing their authentic Mangalorean menu, tempt me to order few other dishes????
We ordered:
???? Neer Dosa
???? Bendekayi Koddel (Lady finger curry)
???? Semeda Adde ( Steamed Rice Noodles)
???? Coconut Milk

It was truly bang on taste and it took me back to Mangalore! Its definitely a must order.
