As a first-time home buyer I had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Om Sai Properties.The process went so smoothly and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. He offered his opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. The best real estate solutions (buy/sale/rent) one can find here. This place is next to the Sai Baba temple near the Ghantali Devi area.
I opted for a flat on rent and Mr Hindu was appointed to me. I must say, he is really sincere and prompt to show flats as per my requirements. We finalized the deal within 5 days, and I am more than happy because it is an untouched flat. He kept on following up with me at every step of the procedure till the time I received my final documents.

Om sai properties was wonderful to work with. They sold my apartment in 3 weeks and helped me buy my new apartment at the same time. They made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful I wouldn’t work with anyone else!
