I have been a person who has been very inconsistent with my workouts in the past. Zumba, gym, yoga have tried it all but couldn’t really make it a part of my lifestyle. I met Namrata and decided to join her Pilates studio. THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE! I have completed a year with her now and the transformation is beautiful! Not just physically but also all round! When 2 bouts of covid reset my progress and health, Namrata made sure that I bounced back and now I feel like a new version of myself all together! Namrata’s Exclusive Pilates Studio is the place to go where you get the right guidance, the required motivation and the best teacher ever- Namrata!!

Namrata’s Pilate sessions are excellent . 5 stars are not enough I would give her 10.
I still remember when I walked in first time with my X-ray Namrata said after 10 sessions let’s do another X-ray in which we could see visible improvement in spine alignment.
She is that thorough with her work which is a rare thing to find in current times

Namrata is one trainer you can blindly trust for your personal Pilates sessions as her knowledge on Pilates , muscles and it’s application to each individual is excellent.

Namrata Mam's pilates class is the Best Pilates Studio Ever in Thane! She is a professional, friendly instructor who truly cares about her students.she takes one-on-one classes and she always observes and corrects each n every posture .

She has so many years of experience she is great at modifying an exercise or making it more challenging to accommodate everyone’s needs.
