Its a huge complex but there are some ups and down
The TMC bus service need to be considered here as the buses are not on time on week days especially during working hours
Secondly in monsoon most of the time the cars needs to be parked outside as the entire area gets flooded
During summers there are some areas which stinks due to the sewage problems
If you are looking for your 1st house then this complex is your option as its affordable from all perspective
There are children playgrounds and other facilities well equipped the grocery shops and all here
